Basic features:
- Enables a user to submit a search to one or many search
engines, such as AltaVista, Yahoo!, Lycows, HotBot and others.
- Searches can be narrowed by choosing to match any keyword,
match all keywords, by submitting the keywords as an exact phrase or by letting search
engine to interpret the keyword as it understands. The number of documents to be found can
be fixed up to 64 000.
- The search is accelerated greatly and reduced to seconds.
- Special feature: search results are returned as two
trees: Search Tree, containing links to documents and Servers Tree,
containing addresses of web-sites where the documents were found. The document and server
links may be synchronized by right mouse clicking.
- The document tree can be modified: it is possible to hide,
delete, add, move, create documents and folders.
- Checks the correctness of found links (the existence of
documents)
- In the document tree compares the new documents with the
ones found and , if they coincide, unites them in one folder
- Result links (both from document and server tree) can be
opened immediately by means of your favorite browser by the right or double-clicking.
- Saves and exports/imports both search parameters and search
results or their parts.
- Enables a user to renew information since the last search.
